Membership Agreement

This service is where adults meet other adults. If you are under the age of 18 leave now. By registering for, or using this service in any manner, you are stating you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

The free trial is for 5 days. Only one free trial per person please.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Un-Christian conduct toward any of our members will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.

2. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals through this service. You agree to indemnify and hold Singles Christian Network, its parent company, owners, and employees harmless from any claims of damage resulting from any introduction.

3. Paid Memberships are automatically renewed each month after the initial membership term expires. You may cancel your membership at any time. Memberships are valid until cancelled.  To avoid recurring charges you must cancel your subscription prior to the monthly renewal date.

4. Insulting or harassing members may cause you to be banned from certain areas of the Network without a refund of any paid fees. Insulting or harassing other members can result in a ban from the chat rooms, the forums or other areas within the Network.

5. If you cancel your membership, we will cancel your subscription at the end of your current subscription cycle. You will continue to have unlimited access to all services until the cancellation is activated. If you stop using the Service for any reason, we will not refund any prepaid fees, regardless of whether you give us notice. We have sole discretion in how long we will retain profile and email data before purging it from our system after termination.

6. During the period of the free-trial you are not allowed to exchange your email address with other members. Email addresses and other web addresses are not allowed in ANY of the personal ads, whether guest or paid subscriber. Paid subscribers are allowed to exchange email addresses with other members. Free-trial members who try to circumvent this restriction by disguising their email address will have their free-trial revoked.

7. During the period of the free-trial you are allowed to send only 10 messages in any 24 hour period. Free-trial members who try to circumvent this restriction will have their free-trial revoked.

AGREEMENT

You must agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions listed in this document in order to become and to remain an authorized subscriber of any of the services (collectively referred to as "Service") provided by us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service.

CHANGES IN SERVICE

We may limit your right to use the service by imposing limits, conditions, and/or restrictions from time to time at our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature or database or content within feature or database. We may do any of the actions listed in this paragraph without notice or liability to you.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will NOT use the Service to engage in any of the following activities:
Harass or offend others by posting libelous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory communications (whether written, pictorial, or audio).
Participate in the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming."
Engage in solicitation for commercial activities.
Solicit other members for money.
Violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy) of others.
Commit fraud or any other unlawful act.

PRIVACY

We will do all in our power to maintain your privacy and anonymity while using our service. However, you acknowledge the following:
We cannot ensure the security or privacy of any information you provide through the Internet from the efforts of determined hackers or crackers who may or may not be subscribers of our Service.
We cannot protect you from yourself, if you should disclose any private information or information which would enable someone to discover your identity through your email correspondence with other subscribers.

PROPRIETY 

You are using our service. Mail messages, Instant Messages and other forms of communication within our service do not belong to you, though you are free to copy any text or information to your own local computer. We reserve the right to review mail messages stored on our private server. We reserve the right to alter, edit or remove any mail message or other form of communication stored on our server. All mail messages between parties will be removed from the server after 21 days.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make no attempt to verify the accuracy of any information you or any other subscriber provides either in a Profile or in email correspondence. You must be the sole judge of what to believe or rely upon when interacting with another subscriber.

OTHER LINKS

From time to time, we may include links to other sites or resources on the World Wide Web from our Service. We are not responsible for availability or content of such links.

NO RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for any damage (monetary, physical, or psychological), including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from your use of the Service. We disclaim responsibility from any damage from any cause, including, but not limited to, computer viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or other destructive software. We also disclaim responsibility for any damage of any sort caused by other subscribers whether in content of their messages or in person. In no event will we be responsible for damages resulting from your inability to access the Service, except as described in the Termination or Suspension clause.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us, our officers, employees, servants, and agents, from any loss or damages, including, without limit, reasonable legal fees, arising in conjunction with your activity with the Service, including breach of this Agreement or charges or complaints made by third parties against you. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in defense of any claim.

NO WARRANTIES

We provide the Service on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant
Uninterrupted or error-free Service. Express or implied merchantability or fitness for use. Accuracy or reliability of any information or statement displayed or distributed through the Service, whether supplied by us or third parties, authorized or unauthorized.

MODIFICATIONS

We may modify this Agreement at any time at our sole option and discretion. We will notify you of changes by posting them on the Service or sending you a direct email, at our sole option and discretion. Your sole option shall be to accept such modifications or to discontinue using the Service. If you continue using the service now or after such notice of modification, you agree such use is a binding acceptance of this Agreement and subsequent modifications.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

At our sole discretion, we may terminate or suspend your access to the service. If we cite a cause attributable to your action or non-action, such as, but not limited to, non-payment of fees or breach of this Agreement, we are not further liable to you and any fees you prepaid are forfeited.  If we do not cite a cause attributable to your action, our sole liability shall be either a credit for suspended period or refund for prepaid fees for period extending beyond the termination date. If you choose to terminate your use of the Service at any time, send an e-mail to admin@singlec.com In the subject line type CANCEL. We will cancel your subscription at the end of the current subscription cycle. You will continue to have unlimited access to all services until the cancellation is activated. You do not have to give notice of your intent. If you stop using the Service for any reason, we will not refund any prepaid fees, regardless of whether you give us notice. We have sole discretion in how long we will retain profile and email data before purging it from our system after termination. In rare circumstances we may offer to refund any prepaid subscriptions fees less a $15.00 administrative fee.. We have sole discretion in making an offer of a refund.

GOVERNING LAW

You agree this Agreement shall be subject to, interpreted, construed and governed by and under the laws of the State of Kansas. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will stay in effect. We may modify the subject provision to make it valid and enforceable as a matter of law.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

We will continue to post the current fee schedule on the Service. The schedule also includes data about accepted payment methods. We give discounts for prepayment of extended periods.

GRACE PERIODS

At our sole discretion, we grant "grace periods" for late payment of fees. We reserve the right to determine whether we will limit or suspend access to the Service during the grace period. If a suspension is converted to a termination, we will determine how long to retain subscriber information and email before purging it from the system.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering to use the Service, you acknowledge you agree with all the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
