First things first (and most importantly!), I have been a Christian most of my life. I went to a Lutheran Church while growing up and now consider myself to be a non-denominational Christian. To me, it's not the place of worship you attend that's important. Don't get me wrong, I think belonging to a fellowship is very important. More importantly though, the fellowship needs to be Bible-based and Christ-centered.
I didn't become serious about my faith until about seven years ago. I knew there was something missing in my life and I kept coming back to God. He knew what I needed, I just hadn't figured it out yet. Fortunately, He doesn't give up that easily! God has made some amazing changes in my life for which I'm very thankful. I can't imagine life without my faith. It would certainly be very lonely and hopeless. All of the members of my family are Christians. I love spending time with my family. It's wonderful to be able to share my faith with them. The power of prayer has played a BIG part in that. I have two goofy Golden Retrievers named Bentley & Brinkley. I love all animals, but dogs have always been my favorites, especially Goldens!Other interests of mine include traveling, reading, biking, hiking, boating, cooking, etc. I love to try new things and am looking for someone who will challenge me to do that! Life is too short to sit on the sidelines. I am a huge Ohio State fan (GO BUCKS!!!!). I enjoy going to the football games in the fall. There is nothing like a good football game on a warm fall day. Speaking of fall, it's my favorite season. It's so beautiful. Perfect for long walks. Well, that's enough for now. If you'd like to know more, please send me an email.
God Bless and have a wonderful day!!!!!Wendy
p. s. I'd like to meet someone who lives fairly close to me. Staying close to my family is important to me.
