Single Christian Network

I'm a Bible-believing Christian. Politically very independent but often conservative-ish. Love good food and wine, and good conversation. Socially prefer smaller gatherings (dinner, board games, other activities) over big loud parties, but can function in larger groups if I find myself there. Must maintain balance: can be real busy for a while, but then need to "check out" for a bit, to recharge. Others have told me I'm: vivacious, confident, animated, intelligent, generous, creative, bright, capable, & humorous. I feel I'm: conscientious, ethical, inquisitive, happy, honest, perceptive, optimistic, & responsible. My #1 favorite things are cooking, baking, and entertaining. I have 2 cats, but I love dogs too. Things I enjoy: board games; scenic drives & local trips; art & photography; beach & mountains; travel (dream trips: New England autumn, Mackinac Isle, Savannah, NOLA, NYC, BC, Italy, Greece, France. . . ) ; my Book Club; my cooking club which I run. Things I've done & liked: painting; writing; sailing; camping; SCUBA; tennis; aerobics; dancing; swimming, singing. Things I'd like to do: ballroom; race-walking; kites; animal shelter; sky diving; volunteering. Favorite books: To Kill a Mockingbird, The Secret Life of Bees, The Thirteenth Tale, A Prayer for Owen Meany (I like non-fiction too) .
