Single Christian Network

Well, what to say??? I am a single mom, having adopted a 7 year old boy from Central America last year. We are facing a lot of challenges, due to the things he has seen and had done to him in his young life. It's quite the adjustment to gofrom living by yourself for almost 20 years to having an active boy living with you! My neighbor says he is keeping me young; I say I didn't start developing gray hair until he got here!!!! We also have pets, so it's never dull. I am trying to instill my love of camping and hiking into him, but after about 1/4 mile he wants to go back to the car! But at least he loves the water as much as I do!
