The Lord has blessed me with two grown children, a girl 18 and son 23 and I am the proud mother of a 2nd LT in the USMC. Please pray for our soldiers and leaders. I am a lifelong Presbyterian where I am a deacon and sing in the choir. I love music, musicals, movies, animals, gardening, skiing and the outdoors, especially the mts. I love nature. Last summer I hiked a mountain in the NY catskills by myself. It was truly a spiritual experience as I prayed from the lookout at the top of the mt. I enjoy exercising and walking my best friend (thats my lab :-)) every day. I work in the financial planning field and enjoy it because of the interaction with out loyal clients. My dream was to be an art teacher but life took me in other directions. I am open to meeting new people for just friendship and/or possibly a long term relationship if God has that planned for me. I am very independent having raised my children singlehandedly while working fulltime, obtaining my undergraduate degree, putting my son thru college and maintaining our home. But with that all done, I am now at a point in my life where I would love to share my thoughts and dreams with a best friend. Someone with similiar christian values.
