This is a hard thing to do when you have lost a husband to cancer. I attended a grief counseling class which helped tremendously. And am now ready to take on the world.
I like to do many activities including crafts, walking, painting, sewing, reading, some cooking, my dogs, the outdoors, working in my yard, swimming, biking, and much more. I am adventurous and like to do different things. I am a little shy at first, not outspoken, like humor, love my God and would hope to find the same in someone else. It is hard to write about one's self - what more can I say? The mountains, sunshine, the outdoors, traveling (would like to snowbird), decorating, fishing are also at the top of my list. I consider myself quite an active person and like to keep busy doing things. God has blessed me with so much even after losing my husband to cancer. I am financially secure, I have 3 children and 4 grandkids. All my children live in the same city plus two of my grandchildren. The other two live in the state of Washington.
I attend a four square church and attend as many activities as I can including classes. On Tuesday evenings I attend a small group including members of my church where we do praise worship, have a question of the evening, and pray over people. This is an exciting group as there are many healings that take place, including a healing of a headache for me before I had the opportunity to ask for prayer.
