I love the Lord with all my heart. I can't imagine living without Him. I desire to know Him better and want to be used for His glory. I know He will, in His time, provide for me a godly mate so that I might be that "helper suitable for him". I wouldlove to meet someone who possesses a great sense of humor. Someone who can enjoy the humorous side of life. Someone of like faith and similar interests and someone who, like myself, has never married or someone who is widowed. He should be a gentle and kind person, with a strong character, someone who is good at talking and listening, and someone who has political beliefs which are similar to my own (conservative). He must have a deep commitment to the Lord and a consistent daily walk and constant desire to grow closer to Him. Also, if there seems to be a connection with two people meeting on this site I don't feel that distance should be an obstacle that cannot be overcome (as long as we are both living in the US). I would be a very supportive, encouraging, dependable and caring partner. I am a good friend and companion. I love to laugh and make others laugh. I tend to be a bit quiet until I get to know you. I am a good listener but also enjoy engaging in good conversation. I'm patient with people. I try to find pleasure and contentment in simple things. My political beliefs are most definately conservative. Those who know me well say that I am a sweet person with a gentle spirit. I am creative. Music is a very big part of my life. I enjoy various types of music. I am involved in the music ministry of my church as rhythm guitarist. I love both dogs and cats. Things I enjoy include walking, hiking, bicycling, traveling, art (T. Kinkaid and G. Harvey), landscape photography, history, church on Sundays, Christian concerts, seeing a good movie, spending time with family and friends, cooking-out, and one day I'd like to try fly fishing! Thanks for reading my profile. Send a message and tell me about yourself. I'd like to hear from you. ***I haven't renewed my membership so it may be awhile before I can reply.
