Now "exist" in Northern Virginia suburb of the nation's capital, but was born and raised in Northern California. Sergeant in Air Corps during World War Two; Naval Officer during Korean War. Civilian (Intel Research Analyst, etc. ) during Cold War. Spent last 36 years arguing/discussing/laughing over political theory and US National Security policy with sharp college students.
