I am so happy to have this new life. I am lonely but not alone. Jesus has been my companion friend, provider, protector, confidante, and my all in all for many years now. He is first in my life. I am finishing up college. I love it. I have one more year to go. I am majoring in Business Technology. I have training in Nursing, Teaching, Spanish, and American Sign Language. I started preparing myself for the possibility of being on a foreign mission field when my husband became ill, was later diagnosed with cancer, and died in 2002. I have been in Mexico five times on Missions trips. It is the highlight of my year to go there. I am going again in March. My daughter is going with me for the third time and my youngest sister is also going. I love to sing, dance, cook, write, read, draw, and do public speaking. I want to live in the country. I love dogs, horses, and cats. I like the simple life. I love gardens, fireplaces, streams, woods, and just nature in general. I want to learn how to play guitar and piano. I love to cook for people, entertain, and clean up. I would really enjoy sitting in front of a fire with the dog at my feet, the horse tied at the door, the garden full of fresh veggies, and flowers and trees galore with a big sprawling lawn and a stream to fish in. I love being in the mountains. . . camping, hiking, fishing. Sounds a bit like Heaven, huh?I love to laugh and make people laugh, too.
