Why do I enjoy being single? I believe the greatest advantage is that I have the freedom to change plans at the drop of a hat. If I decide on the spur of the moment to take off for a weekend of travel I can do so. However, there are times when it would be nice to have that unique companion to share those special moments, like experiencing a great piece of classical music or enjoying nature's wonders.
I was raised in a conservative Christian home. I have never been married. I am looking for someone with a similar background. I am not interested in a relationship with someone who is divorced or has children. My close friends describe me as loyal, dependable and trustworthy. They enjoy my company regardless of the activity. Friends say I'm creative and artsy, and at times introspective and quiet. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, preferably live. I have diverse tastes, ranging from jazz and classical to rock or folk music. One of my favorite local folk bands is Hogeye Navvy. I also enjoy swing dancing and I usually dance 2-3 nights each week. I prefer an art gallery over a sports stadium. I've traveled to Montana on a group bicycling tour. I recently went to Las Vegas for the first time where I saw Cirque de Soleil perform ?LOVE', a production based upon music of the Beatles. I would like to travel to Myrtle Beach and Ireland. I like to golf. I bowl on a league. I also do volunteer work in my spare time.
