I'm looking for a person who loves simplicity, nature, thought, and freedom. Someone who won't die if I try to take her backpacking. Someone who doesn't think I'm a bad Christian for my love affair with good beer, and someone who doesn't think I'm old fashioned for saying "Sir, " and "Ma'am. " Or rather, someone who thinks saying "Sir and Ma'am" is old fashioned, but that it's a good thing. Somebody who strives to be wholesome. Somebody well rounded. Somebody who will give me a reason to settle down. Someday, that is.
Also, I assure you, I'm not nearly so grumpily serious as I no doubt appear in the Army picture. The photographer told me to, and I said "Yes ma'am!"
