I like to laugh and make others laugh, life is too short to hold on to the negative. have a great talent for art, love God, Art and peanutbutter cookies. prefer documentaries to fiction except of course when a good science fiction movie is on. my prefered way to exercise is running and some weight lifting. my favorite martial art is aikido and like it a lot as well as its philosophy. I believe in being truthful and honest and lies and liars make me sick. OH! and I am a great singer, in the shower.
