I am the eighth of nine kids (what does that do to the birth order concept/profile?) I consider my relationship with the Lord Jesus to be my top priority in my life. I had a call on my life in college and have been pursuing that call every since. I have ministered in several churches and am currently working as an institutional chaplain. I have one daughter that is truly a joy and priority in my life--very sweet and committed to the Lord. My ex left about 5 years ago through adultery, and I don't know what the Lord has in store for me as far as future family, but would love to find soulmate to share life, love and family. So, I thought that I would give this a try. Who knows, the Lord works in mysterious ways. I have always wanted to have more kids (no not nine or even close, and yes I know you ladies are saying "fine you have them") and unless the Lord changes my mind I do have that as a future goal. Anyway, I definitely want to have a lady that loves the Lord and wants to pray with her husband and family. I consider myself to be someone with old-fashioned (biblical) values (integrity, loyalty, faithfulness) with a dry wit/sense of humor. I like the old hymns (with orchestra), but really enjoy contemporary praise also. I am into Promise Keepers, sports (I umpire/referee), gardening, healthy eating (most of the time), walking, exercise (currently doing The Firm thing), thriller and romantic/comedy movies (cuddling with my soulmate would make a movie sooo much better). Oh well, better sign off. God is Great, Jesus is Wonderful, the Holy Spirit is Awesome.
