First, thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. :-) There are 5 main things I want to get across up front, so please read these first and you will know if we are compatible. 1. My faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is first and foremost in my life, and it will always be.
2. I have full custody of my 11yr. old son and we come as a package deal. Please understand that the Lord Jesus Christ is also first in his life. 3. I had a total conversion and I live the life everyday both in private and in public. My faith is not a phase or something that will fade away.
4. I believe the total word of God, This includes divine healing, casting out demons, total deliverance from evil, Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. 5. Although I am divorced I do not believe in divorce. I never wanted to be in this situation, however I cannot force nor would I want to force anyone to love me or my son.
WOW, , you are still here!! Great!! I seek the one that the Lord has prepared for me. She will put Jesus Christ first in her life. She will understand the Bible's teaching about marriage and the role that both spouses are supposed to adhere too: Eph 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Oh and by the way I know the rest and I LIVE IT: Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
Wow. . . You are still here!! Well if all of this peaks your interest and you are the type person that is Spiritually mature enough to want the same things, I would love to hear from you. Be Blessed, Doug
