My faith is everything. I am committed to and have been educated in the Wesleyan-Arminian Holiness tradition. That's Nazarene, Wesleyan, Free Methodist, Missionary Alliance and similiar organizations.
I funny, laid back, serious, open and outgoing, shy, intellectual, or goofy? The answer: sometimes. I think (or is that hope) my friends would say I am pretty laid back most of the time. I am at home playing on the floor with my 3 year old nephew or being more a serious adult a few minutes later. I can usually find the humor in almost anything. After all as you have seen in my photo I play with puppets. Spending time with friends and family is very important. I work in national parks so I spend a lot of time outside. I am an avid nature photographer. I spend a lot of time hiking, camping, wildlife watching. I am an avid birder and love to teach people about wildlife. I love to travel to do these things. Other days I am content to just curl up on the couch with a good book or an old movie on the tube. When we are together most of my family loves to play games and I am certainly no exception to that.
First of all the Lord must be a the center of any relationship. Faith and character is critical in life partner. Someone with strong family ties is also important. I work and often play outdoors, yet can be formal as well. So someone who is comfortable in both blue jeans and a dress is desired. Although friendship needs to come first, someone who can become my best friend and I can grow old with is desirable.
