As the Prayer of Jabez reads, "Oh that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil" is exactly how I feel about my relationships with others; that God will bless me and enlarge my circle of Godly friends and keep the evil "lawless ones" from entering my circle. How many times have we been taken in by people that claim they are true Christians but we find out they are frauds? I would like a male companion in my life that is true to God and to me. I know that God will bring him into my life when it is the right time and the right person. He knows I want someone in my life that will not weaken my faith and my relationship with our Lord. This can truly be a "Win, Win" situation for two wonderful, God loving, obedient, spirit filled human beings; what a double blessing! And while we are honoring our Lord, we could enjoy life as God intended as friends or as a couple. I love to do lots of things; just ask my friends. . . . . they always invite me to join in. They tell me I am the "life of the party" and enjoy my company. I love to see people laughing and smiling and it feels good to know somehow I have a part in it. That is one of my "gifts"; exhortation. I am the encourager in our group. Anything is possible through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Just ask me about the miracle of the birth of my only grandchild. That is when God truly proved to my son, my daughter-in-law and myself how alive He is and how powerful He is. Everyday He shows me more and more of His endless love for me. I am so honored!
