God moves in my life in a personal way?He answers my prayers, he gives me prophetic dreams, He tests me, and His voice leads me daily, showing me the steps I should take. These steps usually kill my flesh, but God brings us through things to mold, shape, and stretch us to take us to things of greater blessing and service. I am about putting what I know into practice, especially the tougher commands of loving others as Jesus loved us. Knowledge should lead us into greater love, not arrogance or Pharisaism. My worship doesn't start and stop on Sunday morning. I have a personal relationship with Jesus and Christianity is my lifestyle, not my hat. I am very confident in who I am and others often find me as a person of great strength and a source of godly advice. Can be very experimental because I am a researcher and investigator at heart. I am totally on fire for the Lord and am looking for other divine sparks for conversation, mutual encouragement, and of course, fun. I enjoy listening to 70s funk, experimenting in the kitchen, walking in the park, attending cultural festivals, dressing up for fine dining, and dancing.
I have left my job in Washington DC as an editor to obtain the education necessary to get paid to read, research, write, and discuss Biblical material full-time. This is my passion and I want this to be my occupation. So, I have moved back home and will be attending Bible college in the fall of 2006. I am involved in campus evangelism at Ohio State University. I am a driven person who wants to be around others who have strong goals and who are putting their faith into practice and making the most of the gifts God has given them.
