I'm not looking to play games. That's just not what I do or who I am. I am looking for someone who is on equal footing with myself; not too assertive or demanding, but also not submissive. I believe a relationship is a partnership and friendship. Someone who has a sense of humor about himself, enjoys the outdoors, but also doesn't mind attending the symphony or art museum. I want someone who can challenge me intellectually as well as spiritually. I have learned that there are 4 things that MUST be agreed on in a relationship; religion (I'm a Christian), morals, politics (conservative) and having children (I want to adopt or have some of my own). I enjoy the outdoors and the arts. I read ALOT and have a pretty eclectic taste in music. Some of my favorite bands are Flyleaf, U2, Leeland, Future of Forestry and Fireflight. I also love to travel, especially abroad and am working on learning a second foreign language. I love history, literature. . really anything in the Humanities area. In fact, I am currently trying to finish up my MA in the Humanities and want to start another BA in the Russian language. My family and friends are very important to me and I want to eventually be closer to them geographically. As far as my personality, I can be pretty quiet at times, but definitely not shy. Usually once I get to know someone I open up alot more. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh and make others laugh.
