Hi. I know you'd like to know more or your wouldn't have stopped, so I hope the following bit of information helps you to find out just enough to let you know if we might be a good "match". . . at least enough to make a beginning.
Let me say, I am a lady who loves people. More specifically, I enjoy encouraging people. I am friendly and find that often times people will begin talking to me. "There's something about you. . " is what I'll hear. And often I will be told after someone has taken some time to talk with me, "Gee. I never told that to anyone before. " So, I guess you'd say, I make people feel comfortable and safe. I have enjoyed some amazing successes in my life. I'm financially stable and enjoy getting dirty in my garden, or going to the theatre -- even the opera at times. I love to travel, the beach and water, boating. I even like fishing.
I've taken up golf and have found that I really enjoy that as well. I enjoy quiet times, thunder stroms, a good book, laugher ( I have a pretty good sense of humor). People tell me they can't believe I'm my age. . . I act youngish and love to be playful when it's appropriate. . and sometimes when it's not (wink). I am not outspoken but can get my opinion across with great dipolmacy. I've had some practice in past years with this. It too is one of my strengths.
I am looking for a gentleman who has character and a ready smile. A Christian man, a Promise Keeper. One who isn't intmidated to learn new things, even wants to learn and also to share ideas and skills that he has developed over the years. I'm not looking for someone who dominates, but someone who is secure in his own manhood enough to be gentle and kind. I am healthy, full of life and would like someone who is interested in physical activity in every realm (especially and including the one that is saved for marriage).
I have three grown children who live away from home. I also have 5 grand children nearby. I'm a "hands on" Grammy and couldn't be more blest. But I'd love to share my life with someone. That's why we're here on this site isn't it?! I know the Lord has someone there for me. . . and it will be more wonderful than I can imagine. . . actually, it will be wonderful for that gentleman too. But it's His time not mine. I'm happy to wait. It will be worth it I'm sure.
Don't worry. I'm not expecting you to walk on water. I don't -- so it wouldn't be fair to expect that from anyone else. But we surely will enjoy the years we will have together. Wow! It will be more wonderful than we could have hoped for. I just know that in my core. We'll have to work for it, but the combined life experience we'll bring will be so rich we'll have a tremendous leg up for success to our couplehood that we'd never been able to accomplish before. Perhaps as you are reading this, you will find something drawing you to write or contact me. I hope so. Thank you ahead of time.
If you'd like to know more, please send me an email. I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
