What a Great Day to be ALIVE!!! I am fun, loving, enjoyable to be around and I love life in Christ. God is number one in my life. He sits on the throne of my heart governing my life through my human spirit. What a great life!! So why are so manyof us still single? During a time I was working with a singles group the hottest topic, most times, was brought up by the guys and that was the Proverbs 31 woman. For some reason that just bugged me. On the way home from the meeting one night, which is an hour and a half away, I began to search myself: I asked, "Darla what is your problem with this Proverbs 31 women?" Are you jealous of her because you don't think you are anything like her? The more I meditated on it the clearer it became. I heard the voice of the Spirit say, "The reason so many of my sons are still single is because they are looking for a dead woman. " "Sir?" He went on to say, "She is dead, she was old covenant, she wasn't even born again. " He then asked, "Aren't you in a better covenant today?" "Yes Sir. " He then said, "When my sons can get a picture of a true New Covenant Wife and seek for her, their single status will change fast because I have many daughters who are New Covenant Women ready for the New Covenant Man. " Wow! What a revelation. I then realized that that is why many of us daughters are single as well; many of us are looking for a Boaz. He is dead too.
