Now, more than ever before, I see life as a journey; I simply can not be content with mediocrity. I notice and appreciate the simple pleasures, while entertaining visions of grandeur! I'm a planner and enjoy having things to look forward to. . . anything from a drive on the coast to a weekend in Tahoe, to spending the day on the Delta, to a hike in the mountains, a day in the city or a vacation around the world (visions of grandeur, remember?!) . I dream of living in Mexico or even Italy for 6 months, just because! There is so much world out there and life IS so short. I enjoy parties and gatherings but really cherish alone time with one special person. I was raised in the midwest (for whatever that is worth to you (smile) my adventurous spirit brought me out here five yrs ago. I have been single (again) for a very long time; my friends would tell you I am a passionate, loyal and trusted friend, a compassionate woman of integrity and talent - not to mention a lot of fun to hang out with!I am checking this site out for the first time as I am finding it more and more difficult to meet decent, trustworthy men. I am genuine and am seeking the same.
