I have never been on here but here goes. I am in good health and work out almost everyday. I have been retired from the Army for two years having reached the rank of Colonel. I am layed-back and easy going. My lady friends say I am attractive anda very gregarious man. I don't have any excess baggage and think arguing is a waste of time. I would like to meet a Christian woman who displays qualitites such as being warm, sincere, educated and attractive for mutual enjoyment of this wonderful life.
