I'm pretty laid back for sure. I can be accused of being shy but usually I am just feeling people out, picking my spots, letting others be themselves. Once I get to know someone I'm pretty outgoing and like people to feel comfortable. I try toget along with everyone and am not one to press the envelope or stir the pot so to speak.
