I am an adventureous person who likes to learn and try different things. To me learning is an adventure and a way of growth. I love to sing praise and worship. . God has told me that he has anointed me to sing. God has also created me to teach as I am now working towards that purpose. I like to travel I hope to venture to Europe and many other countries. If it be Lord's will I would love to do missionary work. I love nature and Gods handy work and like being outdoors. I love the mountians and the ocean. I like to fish and camp out. I like taking walks along the beach and would love to share that with someone.
I love the Lord and I just marvel at the work he has done in myself and in others that I know. I have been a christian since Feb. 1975. . but there is even more to that so ask me about it. The Lord is truely awesome and I know he is not finished with me yet. I look forward to what the Lord will be doing in my life for the future and yet I enjoy the present; never dwelling in the past but appreciating it for what it has made me today. I don't mind sharing my life's experiences with others some of them are pretty awesome. I love to cook sharing what I have made with those who are special to me, some people have even accused me of being the Susie home maker type. Most people say that I have a very sweet, kind and generous spirit. I work at a college as a computer Lab Tech. (basically a teachers assistant). I attend college and I am working towards my teaching credentials and a bachelors degree. I would love to teach at a christian college. I love to impart knowledge to others seeing the growth and the change that takes place making them a more enriched person. Until my late husband's uniting with the Lord came, I was a homemaker/stay at home mom/co-owner of a business/prison ministry volunteer/student, among other things. Then the Lord told me that he was going to take me out of my comfort zone because he had many wonderful things for me to do. I now know that I wouldn't have made the changes and the growth that I now have, had he not taken me out of my comfort zone. I love my three children who are now grown I like to think of them as gifts from God. Two of them are still living with me. It seems they like being at home and I enjoy them. I look forward to having many grandchildren after all children are what makes us better people. I also have lots of other children who call me mom (usually they are friends of my children or neighbor kids) and I love them all. I guess I am a mom at heart and I would want someone who loves children because children are a big part of my life. I love family life, after all God only gives us so many loved ones and as far as I am concerned more is better. I was married for 18 yrs. and loved being married. I have been a widow for almost five years and I now want to marry again if God be willing. Don't get me wrong I am not desperate but just looking. I would love to have someone to love and to be loved by and to share all the wonderful gifts of lifes love God gives. I am open to all possibilities and distance doesn't matter because if it be Gods will then I am willing. But I feel that being friends first is not only very important but the only way and even if you are not the one special person for me I still would love to be friends with you and would love to write you. One can never have too many friends. I am easy going, kind of quiet, but not a shy person. I love to laugh, have fun and be socialable. I love to spend time in the company of the ones I love the most, . . and others too. I am a down to earth kind of person who knows what life is really about and likes to enjoy it to the fullest. I would love to met a very special person who is a willing vessel of God and has the courage of thier convictions. I would want my special person to be passionate about life. I find a good conversation to be exciting and stimulating so they must be able to carry an intelligent conversation. I would prefer someone educated who I can grow with and is at least my equal in muturity spiritually. They must be a non smoker. Would that be you? If you think there is a possibility that it would be you, write me. Thank you for taking the time to read this and may God bless all the days of your life.
