I've got a terrific, dry sense of humor and I love being around people who not only "get" what I'm talking about, but can trade quips. That said, I tend to avoid folks who diminish others with their humor. God, family and friends are the most important things in my life. I'm incredibly lucky to have my dream job in a creative field. Finding a balance between work and family is sometimes a challenge. Oh, heck, it's ALWAYS a challenge. But I make time for the people who are important to me.
I've been bumped and bruised a bit in my personal life, but I think it's a part of the journey. Learning is the key. I really admire people who have overcome adversity. I'm warm, loyal and honest. Oh, no, I've just described my dog! Well, we share some attributes. And no, I don't consider myself a dog in physical appearance. I'm pretty much an average single mom. Maybe carrying a few more pounds than I would prefer, but not obese. I'm interested in a Christian man who is intelligent, kind, honest, emotionally-healthy, self-reliant and ready for a relationship. A sense of humor is a must. Chemistry is an added bonus.
