I enjoy volunteer activities through my church and in my community, love campfires and stargazing in nice weather, a fireplace in the winter, looking for the small things in God's world that often pass by unnoticed. . . . a pretty leaf, a fossil, adew drop. . . enjoy photography, good food, preferably with interesting conversation, quiet times, family fun and games with my kids and grandkids, whole-family slumberparties, and most of all, whatever comes my way. Most recent "whatever" was a trip to the Gulf Coast with Ohio Baptist Disaster Relief Feeding Unit after Hurricane Gustav. We went for that and stayed for Ike. Came home & discovered Ike had been here ahead us! A day without laughter & learning is a day wasted.
